Originally from Minnesota, Dr. David M. Bierbrauer joined Cornerstone Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, a division of OCC, in 2011. He is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, whose primary interest is in hand and elbow surgery, as well as a secondary interest in trauma care and sports medicine. Dr. Bierbrauer is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, American Society for Surgery of the Hand, Western Orthopedic Association, and Colorado State Medical Society. During fellowship he received the Fellow’s Clinical Science Silver Award by the Wake Forest Division of Surgical Sciences for his research on nerve injuries. Dr. Choudhry has several research endeavors that have been presented at national meetings and published in prestigous scientific journals.
