As a doctor who practices concierge medicine at Duke Signature Care, I have a smaller panel of patients compared to when I worked in primary care. This allows me to have more one-on-one time with my patients. I now have the flexibility to answer patient emails and phone calls directly instead of them having to speak with a nurse. My accessibility also allows patients to book acute visits on the same day they need to see me. My patients give me such satisfaction when I see them smile and doing better.
