Dr. Rainey is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a member of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopaedics, American Osteopathic Association - Spine Division, Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society, Pennsylvania Medical Society, and the Allegheny County Medical Society.
