Philosophy of care | During our consultation, in addition to assessing your medical concerns, I strive to understand what is important to you and what your goals of care are. I believe a collaborative effort and good communication form the basis of an effective doctor-patient relationship. | Why I entered medicine | I was inspired to enter medicine by my parents, who are in the field. Personal experiences sparked my interest in Neurology early on, and my fascination with the subject continued to grow during my medical training. I am stimulated and excited by the advances in our understanding and management of neurological diseases. Helping patients with chronic conditions (such as Parkinson's Disease) live their best lives is important to me. | Personal interests | I enjoy exploring the world with and through the eyes of my very curious and enthusiastic toddler girls – and try to escape for a moment’s peace when I can!.
