James R. Elmore, MD, is a vascular surgeon and chair of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Elmore obtained his medical degree from the University of Connecticut. He completed his surgery residency at Maine Medical Center and his vascular fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. Dr. Elmore is board certified in vascular surgery by the American Board of Surgery.
