Overview
Dr. Hess specializes in pediatric ophthalmology in the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Department of Pediatric Medicine. He served as chief of the medical staff from 2017-2019. He joined the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital medical staff in 2004. Dr. Hess earned his medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida.
