A native of South Korea and raised in Chicago since age nine, Dr. Kathy Ravanbakhsh says her childhood dream was to become a physician. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her medical degree from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois.
