Dr. Blackman received his medical degree with honors from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington in 2008. He then went on to complete his residency in orthopedic surgery at Washington University, Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri in 2013. Dr. Blackman completed his fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Mayo Clinic Department of Orthopedics in Rochester, Minnesota in 2014.
