Philosophy of care | I am passionate about orthopedic sports medicine. Successfully caring for athletes and patients from all walks of life is extremely rewarding to me. I enjoy helping people get back to the activities and lifestyle that make them happy and give them strength. I will spend time with you to understand your problem and help you get better. | Why I entered medicine | Growing up in Allentown, I did not have a lot of exposure to orthopedics, as no one in my family worked in medicine. But I’d always loved working with my hands and began to excel in the sciences in school. Fortunately, I found orthopedics through a shadowing opportunity, fell in love and have never looked back. I feel extremely fortunate. I am team physician at Lafayette College, and was assistant team doctor for the Los Angeles Lakers, the Los Angeles Kings and the Los Angeles Dodgers. Medicine has offered me the great opportunity to help others while presenting exciting new challenges every day. | Personal interests | I love spending time with my wife and two children, traveling and playing sports. I grew up as a competitive swimmer, so love all things around the water.
