Dr. Praveen Kanneganti

Craig T. Arntz, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic shoulder specialist with 25 years of experience treating problems that often require shoulder surgery, including rotator cuff tears, instability, fractures, and shoulder arthritis. He has advanced training in shoulder surgery with extensive experience in treating the most complex shoulder disorders. He has particular interest in arthroscopic shoulder repair, rotator cuff surgery and shoulder replacement surgery, including reverse shoulder replacement.Dr. Arntz is also a board-certified hand surgeon, and he is recognized in the Seattle and Renton communities as a shoulder and upper extremity specialist. Dr. Dayne Mickelson is an orthopaedic surgeon with expertise in sports medicine and complex arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, knee, and hip. He has a special interest in knee preservation procedures including cartilage repair and transplantation, complex shoulder pathology, multi-ligament reconstruction, as well as novel biologic treatments. He also focuses on general orthopaedics including acute or chronic knee, shoulder, and hip problems, pediatric injuries, and fracture care. Dr. Mickelson’s philosophy is based on education and individualized care plans. His practice, therefore, focuses on accessibility, convenience, and a friendly atmosphere where a patient is treated like family. Dr. Mickelson believes in a shared decision-making model, where the treatment plan is customized based on an individual’s aspirations and goals. He finds great satisfaction in helping patients return to the activities they enjoy and providing a truly outstanding experience from beginning to end. Dr. Mickelson was born the eldest of three boys outside of Milwaukee, WI. When he was young, he and his family moved to Woodinville, WA, where his family still resides. Dr. Mickelson graduated magna cum laude from Lehigh University (Bethlehem, PA) with a degree in computer engineering. He went on to attend medical school at the University of Washington (Seattle, WA) and graduated Alpha Omega Alpha (highest honors). Dr. Mickelson subsequently completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Washington before completing subspecialty training in sports medicine and arthroscopy at Duke University (Durham, NC). Dr. Mickelson has authored over a dozen papers on orthopaedics, education, and technology as well as written textbook chapters on advanced techniques in sports medicine. He has published in Orthopedics, the Journal of Surgical Education, The Journal of Hand Surgery, and The American Journal of Sports Medicine. Dr. Mickelson has a passion for sports. He was a four-year letter winner on the Lehigh University men’s basketball team, winning the Patriot League championship and playing in the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament (“March Madness”) his junior year. Dr. Mickelson previously served as team physician for Duke University’s football, basketball, and lacrosse teams, as well as for North Carolina Central University’s football team. He is currently the team doctor for Redmond High School and Bellevue College. Dayne and his family are excited to be back home in the Pacific Northwest. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their two sons. He also enjoys basketball, skiing, cooking, reading and keeping up to date with the latest technology. Eric Alyea, DO, MPH, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, fellowship-trained in shoulder and elbow surgery.Dr. Alyea strives to provide the highest quality care using the latest techniques in an evidence based manner, and to serve patients through a collaborative, shared decision model developed through open and honest communication with the informed patient.In June 2020, Dr. Alyea was elected to join the ranks of theAmerican Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) as a Candidate Member. Candidate membership in ASES is a privilege and an honor only awarded to young orthopaedic surgeons who have completed a fellowship in shoulder surgery, elbow surgery, and/or sports medicine. Membership is by invitation only and candidates must demonstrate active involvement in scientific and clinical orthopaedic education and be recommended by his Fellowship Program Director.Dr. Alyea is a also a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America, Western Orthopaedic Association, Wilderness Medical Society, American Medical Association and American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics.
