Dr. Tang completed his internship at the Hennepin County Medical Center and Ophthalmology residency at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN. He received the Resident Research Award, a research fellowship from the VitreoRetinal Surgery Foundation, and consecutive Resident Teaching Awards for each year of his residency.
