She relocated to the United States where she successfully completed training in the Trihealth OB /GYN residency program in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Trihealth residency program is one of the largest OB/GYN programs in Ohio, Dr Freeman was fortunate to work with nationally known physicians in the OB/GYN field. She was involved with the vast majority of complicated obstetric and High risk patients including caring for Fetal Care patients. She received the most up to date training in gynecology exposing her to the most advance technology in minimally invasive surgery, pelvic reconstructive surgery, treatment of urinary incontinence and adolescent care.Dr Freeman was active in research as well; she has presented her research at ACOG's District V meeting and at ACOG's 58th Annual meeting and published her work. While in residency she received awards such as the best CREOG score and awards for her research work. She has served on the Perinatal Scientific Review committee.Dr Freeman's interests include evaluation and medical treatment of gynecological disorders including menstrual disorders, uterine fibroids, urinary incontinence as well as minimally invasive laparoscopic, robotic and vaginal pelvic surgery.Dr. Freeman and her husband enjoy Latin dancing, bike riding, traveling, and tasting different types of food.Dr. Freeman is currently accepting new OB and GYN patients for pregnancy and women's health issues.
