Dr. Jeffrey A. Becker is a pediatrician affiliated with Sibley Memorial Hospital, Holy Cross Hospital and Children’s National Medical Center, where he is the director of outpatient cardiology. Dr. Becker has an expertise in pediatric cardiology, specifically fetal echocardiogram, fetal magnetic resonance imaging and hypertension. Dr. Becker previously served as a United States Army colonel for 20 years, as well as the chief of pediatrics and the chief of pediatric cardiology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Dr. Becker is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Cardiology, as well as a member of the North American Society for Cardiac Imaging. He also studies novel methods of teaching and diagnosing heart disease through cardiac auscultation. Dr. Thompson is a physician at the Johns Hopkins Hospital as well as the Kennedy Krieger Institute. He was awarded an Individual National Research Service Award by the National Institutes of Health. He was also an American Heart Association Bugher Fellow and a Child Health Research Center New Program Development Awardee.
