Overview
"I was born and raised on the West side of the state and schooled in Ann Arbor (go Blue!), before moving out West for residency and fellowship training in Seattle. I'm a board-certified physiatrist and received dedicated fellowship training in post-amputation rehabilitation and prosthetic/orthotic restoration. In 2022, I moved ""home"" to Ann Arbor with my wife, young son, and 2 dogs, and have loved working for the University. In my spare time, I enjoy running/hiking/biking on local trails, backpacking, and spending time with family & friends. My approach to patient care, first and foremost, is to sit back and listen. A goal of mine is to think ""big-picture""/ wholistically, and to tailor therapies & management strategies toward return of function. Quality of life is most important!".
