I am a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) physician with board-certified sub-specialization in pain medicine. I treat a variety of painful conditions including, but not limited to, low back pain, neck pain, peripheral joint pain, sports injuries, neuropathic pain, cancer pain, chronic abdominal pain, pelvic pain, fibromyalgia syndrome, central pain, complex regional pain syndrome, muscular pain and chronic headache. I evaluate and treat patients utilizing a holistic, multidisciplinary approach focusing on medical management and rehabilitation. My goal is to help patients improve their overall function and quality of life. I work with a team of health care professionals including physical therapists, health psychologists, and physicians from various specialties including neurology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, psychiatry, internal medicine, anesthesiology, and addictionology. Procedures I perform include minimally invasive spinal injections, ultrasound guided injections, spinal cord stimulators, peripheral joint injections, trigger point injections, botulinum toxin injections and various peripheral nerve blocks.
