Dr. Christopher Minello is a board-certified internal medicine physician with Orlando Health Medical Group FHV Health. He provides a full range of care for patients ages 18 and older, including: Preventive care Wellness checks Treatment for routine and acute illnesses and injuries Management of chronic disorders and diseases His areas of special interest include diabetes and cardiovascular conditions. Dr. Minello believes that understanding his patients’ social, mental and physical well-being enables him to provide the best possible care. He values the relationships he has with his patients and their families. Dr. Minello’s Training Dr. Minello earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry at the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania and his doctor of osteopathy (DO) degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at the Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education in Scranton, where he served as chief resident. About Dr. Minello Before joining Orlando Health, Dr. Minello served in a variety of healthcare roles in Pennsylvania, including primary care physician, medical director of a nursing home and a hospice physician. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Internists. His professional memberships include the American College of Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Minello is an Eagle Scout and believes attaining the highest rank in the Boy Scouts has helped him learn how to better listen, communicate and work with others. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, travel, kayaking, playing video games, and going to the beach and movies.
