Dr. Daniela A. Bota is a UCI Health neuro-oncologist who specializes in the treatment of primary and metastatic brain and spinal cord tumors, as well as in the neurological complications of cancers.She earned her medical degree at Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, Romania. She completed a residency in neurology at University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, followed by a fellowship in neuro-oncology at Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, N.C.Bota's academic research and clinical practice focus on innovative treatments for brain malignancies.
