David Andes, MD, is a UW Health infectious disease doctor. He’s also a professor in the Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Disease, at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.Dr. Andes diagnoses and treats people with complex infectious diseases. Working as a medical detective of sorts, Dr. Andes often treats patients in the hospital setting who appear to have an infection and fever.
