Deborah M. Pacik, MD, MPH, is a Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation, with a focus on the diagnosis and treatment of non-operative sports injuries. Her areas of expertise include acupuncture, athletic performance (such as concussion testing, pre-participation evaluation, and physician sideline coverage), fluoroscopy, ultrasound, cupping, nutrition counseling, interventional spine treatment, joint and tendon injections, traditional Chinese medicine, and holistic health practices.
Dr. Pacik is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, the Spine Interventional Society, and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Pacik earned her Master of Public Health and Doctor of Medicine from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 2018. She completed her residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, serving as Chief Resident from July 2021 to June 2022. Throughout her career, Dr. Pacik has received several awards, including the Innovation and Community Service Award, the Leo M. Davidoff Award for Medical Education, and the Resident of the Year award. Post-residency, she trained as a Sports Medicine and Interventional Spine Fellow at Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinal. Her sports medicine coverage experience is vast, ranging from serving as the Finish Line Tent Captain at the NYC Marathon to being an Athletic Medical Care Provider at the FISU Winter World University Games in Lake Placid.
Dr. Pacik served as a licensed acupuncture specialist, running her own private practice for twenty years. Additionally, she founded a community acupuncture clinic at Windham Hospital. She has authored and co-authored an array of published medical articles throughout her career.

Hailing from the scenic area of Goffstown, New Hampshire, Dr. Pacik is thrilled to return to her home state and embark on an exciting new journey at Access Sports Medicine. Her passion extends beyond her professional life and into the great outdoors. When she’s not dedicating her time to patients, you’ll find her embracing various outdoor activities. From the exhilaration of trail running to the serene beauty of cross-country skiing, and the adrenaline rush of downhill skiing, Dr. Pacik appreciates every moment spent in nature’s playground.
Her clinical expertise encompasses Herniated Disk, Coccydynia, Tendinitis, and Cervical Spondylosis.
Dr. Pacik is board certified in American Board Of Physical Medicine And Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine. She is actively involved in clinical research, co-authoring 4 peer reviewed articles.
