I was born and lived in the Soviet Union until I came to the United States when I was 10. I completed my residency in internal medicine here at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), completed my pulmonary medicine fellowship at Georgetown University, and my sleep medicine fellowship at George Washington University before returning to MCW. As an associate professor, I work closely with medical students, residents and fellows in order to share my education and experiences with future physicians.In my free time, I enjoy practicing martial arts, playing chess, and spending time with my wife and twins.
