Dr. Farah Succaria is an assistant professor of dermatology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from the American University of Beirut, where she also completed her dermatology residency. She next pursued Dermatopathology fellowship at Boston University. After fellowship completion, Dr. Succaria returned to Lebanon and founded a mobile dermatology clinic as part of a non-government organization empowering women to help refugees and displaced children. She then came back to Johns Hopkins and completed a postdoctoral dermatology research fellowship. She is also member of the Taube lab team and is actively involved in research with a main focus on immune checkpoint inhibitors, and the role of the tumor microenvironment in various cancers including melanoma and squamous cell carcinoma.
