Dr. Henry Ideker is an otolaryngologist in St. Louis with fellowship training in sleep medicine and sleep surgery. He provides comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care for both adult and pediatric patients, with a clinical focus on the surgical management of obstructive sleep apnea, especially in individuals who are intolerant to CPAP therapy. Dr. Ideker utilizes advanced techniques including nasal, oropharyngeal, and hypopharyngeal surgeries, and neurostimulation therapies to help patients achieve better sleep and improved quality of life. His research interests center on clinical outcomes and optimizing patient selection for surgical treatment of sleep apnea. Dr. Ideker is an assistant professor with the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Saint Louis University School of Medicine and is an active member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and the International Surgical Sleep Society. Outside of medicine, Dr. Ideker enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, hiking, and staying active.
