Dr. Iliopoulos trained in pediatrics, neonatology and pediatric critical and cardiaccritical care in the United Kingdom at prestigious academic hospitals including Royal Free Hospital, Royal London Hospital and Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital. He specializes in pediatrics, neonatology and pediatric cardiac critical care. His research has focused on outcomes after congenital heart surgery, near-infrared spectroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring. He has authored more than 30 publications in peer-reviewed journals and has been an invited speaker at national and international conferences.
