Overview
Dr. Jarom Spencer joined Intermountain Health because he has always had great experiences, both as an employee and a patient. He fully understands how we care about patients and he strives to help others be as healthy as possible.Dr. Spencer enjoys building a plan with patients and then supporting them while they follow it and obtain their health goals. He is passionate about preventive medicine, and he gets satisfaction from seeing patients quit smoking and get up-to-date on age-related screenings or immunizations. His professional interests include preventive medicine, providing patient education, and in-office procedures.Dr. Spencer earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Utah Valley University. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and did his residency at University of Missouri in Kansas City.In his spare time, Dr. Spencer enjoys spending time with family, playing and attending sports, and enjoying the outdoors.
