He has chaired several national and international professional committees, including Chair of the Royal College of Physicians Surgeons of Canada Specialty Committee in Urology, Chair of the Canadian Urological Association Post-Graduate Training Committee, Co-Chair of the Canadian Urological Association Scientific Committee, Chair of the Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons Fellowship Committee and past-Chair of the Canadian Undergraduate Urology Committee (CanUUC). He is currently Past-President of the Society of Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgeons (GURS).
