Dr. Kimberly L. Williams

After nearly 15 years as a nurse, and when her children were just one and three, Kimberly Williams decided to challenge herself and go back to school to become a nurse practitioner. “As a practitioner, I have more autonomy to get involved in patient care to have a larger impact. And my collaborating physicians give me 100 percent support.” She is board-certified as an adult gerontology nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board. Kimberly earned her master’s from Stockton University, Galloway, her bachelor’s from Chamberlain College of Nursing, Chicago and her RN from Helene Fuld School of Nursing, Camden. She also holds a bachelor’s in psychology from The College of New Jersey, Ewing. Kimberly chose the growing specialty of urology and treats patients with a variety of urological issues. “I aim to make every patient feel heard, gets all their questions answered and leaves the office knowing that we have done our very best,” she says. “Working with AtlantiCare has been awesome. Everyone works together and the hospital is supportive. When I became a nurse practitioner and started looking for new opportunities, staying with AtlantiCare was a driving factor.” Kimberly is a native of Margate, she lives in Smithville with her husband and two children. They love to be outside – going to the beach, riding bikes and camping. Philosophy of Care “Like most working in healthcare, I’m a people person and really want to help. It sounds cliché, but it’s legitimately true. I do whatever I can to help others.”.

Her clinical expertise encompasses Boils, Folliculitis, and Carbuncle.

Dr. Williams is board certified in American Academy Of Nurse Practitioners, Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, 2023. Dr. Williams is currently accepting new patients.
