Dr. Lara Rabaa
Overview
I am originally from Lebanon (the country not the one in Tennessee). I did my medical school there and then did my pediatric residency in New Jersey. After finishing my chief resident year, my husband and I moved to Mississippi to work in an underserved area and that was my first taste of the south and I loved it. My family and I have been in Tennessee for 8 years now. I have 2 boys ages 6 and 8, who keep me very busy with all their sports and activities. When I am not seeing patients, we will be at a soccer game, swimming or going on hikes. I speak 2 other languages, French and Arabic. My passion is all things pediatrics but also obesity medicine. I love to help children and their families adopt a healthy lifestyle with good nutrition and exercise.
