Dr. Lauren J. Christman
Overview
Lauren Christman, D.O. received her undergraduate degree in psychology, with a minor in biology, from Saint Louis University in 2009, graduating magna cum laude. While pursuing her degree, Dr. Christman played Division I volleyball on a full scholarship.
Dr. Christman attended medical school at Des Moines University in Iowa and further completed her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology through the University of Kansas at Wesley Medical Center. Dr. Christman is certified in the da Vinci surgical system, a robotic technology that allows surgeons to perform minimally invasive procedures. She established her practice in Murfreesboro in 2018 to be near family. Since joining MMC, Dr. Christman has welcomed her son, James, with her husband, John.
When not with her patients, her interests include traveling and touring historical sites. She also enjoys attending concerts, shows, and Nashville Predators games.
