I chose family medicine because I wanted to see a wide variety of patients. I believe prevention is the best form of medicine. My medical interests include healthy eating, exercise as medicine, non-medicated or minimally medicated approaches to health and motivating people to make healthy choices. I value and enjoy the relationships I am able to forge with my patients. I also believe that patients must take an active role in achieving good health.
