Dr. Mahsa Mossadegh earned her medical degree from The Ohio State University. She completed her internship and residency in general surgery at Michigan State University and a fellowship in advanced minimally invasive surgery at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) and Texas Surgical Associates in Houston. In practice since 2003, Dr. Mossadegh is board certified in general surgery. She treats patients 18 and older and speaks Spanish, French and Farsi. Her primary clinical interests include general surgery, breast cancer, breast cancer surgery, laparoscopic surgery, gallbladder, hernia and abdominal pain. Dr. Mossadegh is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Breast Surgeons.
