Dr. Maqsood Khan

Dr. Maqsood Khan is a fellowship-trained radiologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging. He cares for patients who need interpretation of their diagnostic imaging, including: X-rays Ultrasounds Computed tomography Magnetic resonance imaging Positron emission tomography Nuclear medicine Dr. Khan is also trained in image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for the chest, abdominal and pelvic cavities in addition to the bones, joints and soft tissues. Dr. Khan’s Training Dr. Khan earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry at DePaul University in Chicago and received his osteopathic medicine degree from the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville. He completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital in Michigan, where he served as chief resident in his final year, and a body imaging fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. About Dr. Khan His professional memberships include the Michigan Radiological Society, Radiologic Society of North America, American College of Radiology, American Osteopathic College of Radiology and American College of Osteopathic Internists. Dr. Khan produces a podcast called The Reading Room, which is dedicated to sharing information about health and wellness.

His clinical expertise encompasses Gangrene, Enlarged Prostate (BPH), COVID-19, Tissue Biopsy, and Angioplasty.

Dr. Khan is board certified in Acls/bls and State Of Michigan Limited Medical & Controlled Substance License. He is actively involved in clinical research, co-authoring 37 peer reviewed articles.
