I chose primary care internal medicine as my profession because I value building relationships with my patients. I partner with them to create strategies for prevention and wellness, as well as diagnose and treat them during illness. My additional training in health coaching assists me in facilitating motivation, confidence, and goal achievement for changes they choose to make for their health. I’m a native North Carolinian who went to school in the area and never wanted to leave. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, writing, being active, and traveling.
