Dr. Malakh has been a Michigander ever since moving to Ann Arbor from Russia in her teenage years. She attended Michigan State University for medical school, returning home to Ann Arbor for pediatric residency training at the University of Michigan. She joined the faculty in the Pediatric Hospital Medicine division in 2018. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is interested in family- and patient-centered care, as well as medical student and resident education. Outside of work, Dr. Malakh enjoys travel, spending time outdoors, playing piano and crafting.
