Dr. Michael Kahky is a board-certified surgeon with the Breast Cancer Center at the Orlando Health Cancer Institute. He received his medical degree from State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center, where he also completed his general surgery residency. He completed a surgical oncology fellowship at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. About Dr. Kahky Dr. Kahky is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery, and he is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and American Society of Breast Surgeons. His professional memberships include the Society of Surgical Oncology and Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract. Before joining Orlando Health, Dr. Kahky served as chief of surgery, was an instructor at several hospitals and universities and was a member of the surgical faculty in San Antonio. Dr. Kahky has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed medical journals. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and restoring vintage watches.
