Dr. Nikole A. Neidlinger

Nikole Neidlinger, MD, is a UW Health transplant surgeon who treats patients of all ages with organ failure. She specializes in kidney and pancreas transplants and performs organ procurement surgery, recovering organs from living and deceased donors. Dr. Neidlinger is an associate professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Transplantation at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.Dr. Neidlinger sees patients for evaluation for an organ transplant and those who are scheduled for organ transplant surgery. She understands the feelings of anxiety and fear surrounding this procedure. Dr. Neidlinger treats her patients like family members and reassures them that they are in good care.When working with patients and their families, Dr. Neidlinger believes strongly in transparent communication.
