She previously served as Chair of the Group on Minority &Multicultural Affairs within the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine and was involved withthe Patients Rights & Responsibilities Committee, underscoring her dedication to supportingall individuals in their healthcare journey. Her work is inspired by her experience makingknown the healing presence of God within our communities.Her philosophy of patient care centers on humankindness, empowering patients withknowledge and choices for their health.
