He also mentors medical and nursing students, empowering patients to take charge of their health and longevity.Outside of medicine, Dr. Griggs is a licensed pilot and lifelong aviation enthusiast. He and his wife, Johanna, are proud parents of three children and enjoy time with their Springerdoodle, Rosie.
