Ira Gelb, M.D. is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery of the knee, shoulder, and elbow. ACL reconstructions are done with both autograft and allograft tendon depending on the patients need. Techniques using soft tissue grafts allow pediatric athletes to return to full activity.
