Dr. Rosa Crum is a professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her areas of clinical expertise include adult psychiatry. Dr. Crum serves as the co-director of clinical epidemiology. She also is a professor of epidemiology at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She received her B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University. She earned her M.D. from Harvard Medical School and her M.H.S. from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. She completed her residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and performed an Andrew W. Mellon Foundation fellowship in clinical epidemiology at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Crum’s professional interests include epidemiology and the prevention of psychiatric disorders, cognitive disorders, alcoholism and other substance use disorders. She serves as associate director of the Johns Hopkins Clinical Research Scholars Program. She has been recognized with several awards and honors, and was an American Psychopathological Association fellow in 2001.
