Dr. Samuel Holmes

Samuel Holmes, MD, is double board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, and pain management. His goal is to provide comprehensive, integrative, multidisciplinary care to include medication management, interventional procedures, education and guidance to better understand and transcend the complexities of chronic pain. His clinical expertise encompasses Chronic Pain, Scoliosis, Cervical Spondylosis, and Sciatica.

Dr. Holmes is board certified in Pain Medicine, American Board Of Physical Medicine And Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine And Rehabilitation, American Board Of Physical Medicine And Rehabilitation. He is actively involved in clinical research, co-authoring 2 peer reviewed articles. Dr. Holmes is currently accepting new patients.
