A native of Kansas, Dr. Stefani Fontana earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and a PhD in human and molecular genetics from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She completed a residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, where she served as chief resident, followed by a fellowship in aesthetic surgery in Birmingham, Ala., where she received specialized training in advanced breast and body techniques. Dr. Fontana has been in practice since 2017.
