Dr. Steven Simonte is a board-certified physician with Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children Infectious Diseases and Immunology. He has more than 20 years of experience treating disorders of the immune system, and his specialties include: Food allergies Environmental allergies Venom allergies Drug allergies Eczema Hives Asthma Immune deficiencies Dr. Simonte provides compassionate care and aims to address questions and concerns from his patients and their families every step of the way. Dr. Simonte’s Training Dr. Simonte earned his bachelor’s and medical degrees at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He completed a pediatric residency at Columbia University / Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital and a pediatric allergy and immunology fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center, both in New York. About Dr. Simonte Dr. Simonte is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and American Board of Allergy and Immunology. His professional memberships include the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and Clinical Immunology Society. Before joining Orlando Health, he was an attending physician at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and Nemours Children’s Health in Jacksonville. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and traveling.
