He completed three prestigious clinical fellowships: Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery (The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, OH), Interventional Neuroradiology (NYU Langone Health and Bellevue Hospital Center, New York, NY), and Cerebrovascular Neurosurgery (Northwell Health Lenox Hill Hospital, New York, NY), which are accredited by the Committee on Advanced Subspecialty Training (CAST). Dr. Narayan is a clinical assistant professor of Neurological Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh and has authored numerous neurosurgical publications, book chapters, and abstracts. He has been on the editorial board of various neurosurgical journals and medical book publishers. He is also an invited faculty in many neurosurgical conferences and is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, North American Skull Base Society, Society of NeuroInterventional Surgery, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, American College of Surgeons, and American Heart Association.
