David Green, M.D., earned his medical degree at the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed his residency at Northwestern McGaw Medical Center. He then attended Emory University School of Medicine where he completed his fellowship training.

He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Pulmonary and Critical care medicine.
