Overview
A native Arizonan, Dr. Haley was born and raised in Tucson. He moved to the Valley of the Sun to complete his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He then traveled back to Tucson, earning his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. Dr. Haley completed his general surgery training at the Phoenix integrated Surgical Residency program and is board certified. His clinical interests include minimally invasive surgery, endocrine, and breast surgery.My goal is to provide the highest quality surgical care available with an emphasis on advanced surgical procedures and technology. I believe that caring is spoken, believed and practiced. Communication is essential to our effectiveness.

Dr. Oh was born in Seoul, South Korea. He grew up in Houston, TX and graduated Cum Laude from Trinity University in San Antonio with a B.S. in engineering sciences. He is an Alpha Omega Alpha honor graduate of medicine from the university of Texas San Antonio medical school. He then completed general surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX training under world renowned surgeon Dr. Michael E. Debakey.Before relocating to the East Valley, Dr. Oh practiced surgery for four years in Seattle, WA. There he was a clinical instructor in both the Swedish Hospital general surgery residency program and the University of Washington Medical School. He received the outstanding faculty instructor award from the Swedish Hospital Surgical Residents in 2005.My goal is to provide the highest quality surgical care available with an emphasis on advanced techniques.
