A Colorado native, Dr. Miklin received his medical degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. He completed residency training in internal medicine and cardiology, followed by a fellowship in cardiovascular disease, at the University of Utah. Returning to Colorado, Dr. Miklin joined SCL Health in 1983. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology, and is chief of the cardiac service line at Lutheran Medical Center.
