Overview
"Sasha Wahab, MD, MA is a board-certified radiation oncologist who has been practicing in Atlanta since 2008. He earned his medical degree at Washington University in St. Louis, where he also attained a master's degree as part of the Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship. He stayed on for residency training at Washington University, one of the busiest and most respected radiation oncology programs in the country. He completed his undergraduate training at the University of Virginia, where he was awarded the honor of being an Echols Scholar.
Dr. Wahab serves as Chief Clinical Officer for Radiation Oncology Services, one the largest radiation oncology practices in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Dr. Wahab helps lead a team of 10 radiation oncologists serving eight centers throughout the city. He has had a long affiliation with Piedmont Healthcare and is a core member of the Piedmont Radiation Oncology Steering Committee. He has previously served as Medical Director for the Southern Crescent Radiation Oncology Center and Cancer Committee Chair for the Southern Regional Medical Center. He has been an active participant and presenter in hundreds of multidisciplinary and specialty tumor conferences throughout his tenure in Atlanta.
Dr. Wahab has accumulated vast experience in an array of advanced radiation oncology technologies including IMRT, IGRT, stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR/SBRT) and Gamma Knife radiosurgery. He also has extensive experience in brachytherapy, including the treatment of breast and gynecologic malignancies with high-dose-rate Iridium-192. He started his career investigating the capacity of advanced imaging techniques to improve treatment delivery and has presented his research both nationally and internationally.

Piedmont Henry Hospital Radiation Oncology
Dr. Kim Vu Neisler graduated magna cum laude from Rhodes College with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She earned her medical degree from University of Tennessee and completed her residency in Radiation Oncology at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Neisler, a board-certified radiation oncologist, has practiced in the Atlanta area as a member of Radiation Oncology Services since 2005. She currently serves as the Medical Director of the Piedmont Henry Radiation Oncology Center in Stockbridge, GA. Also, as Medical Director for the Piedmont Henry Oncology Program, Dr. Neisler works closely with the Oncology Director at Piedmont Henry Hospital to help coordinate the cancer program. She is also proud to serve as a member on the Piedmont Executive Cancer Committee, which was formed to implement changes and improvements to strengthen the entire Piedmont cancer program. Dr. Neisler practices primarily at Piedmont Henry Hospital. The community counts on her experience and expertise in the treatment of all types of cancers. She is well-versed in intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and has special interests in breast cancer. Dr. Neisler works closely with a team of area surgeons, medical oncologists, and nurses to help coordinate comprehensive cancer care for all her patients. She received her board certification in Radiation Oncology in 1997. Dr. Santiago has been practicing medicine and Radiation Oncology for almost 20 years with her medical group, Therapeutic Radiation Oncology, P.C. Dr. Santiago is very active in administration and strategic planning of cancer services throughout the Piedmont System. She currently serves on the Piedmont Centers of Excellence for breast cancer. She is part of the Piedmont creation team that reviews standardization and quality of cancer care system-wide. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, painting, traveling and playing tennis.
