John F. Pensock, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dennis M. McNamara, MD, MS, is a cardiologist and is certified in both cardiovascular disease and advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
