Dr. Becker is a neurologist who earned his Medical Degree from Ruprecht Karls University in Heidelberg, Germany in 2001. Dr. Hillis serves as the Executive Vice Chair of the Department of Neurology and the Director of the Cerebrovascular Division of Neurology at Johns Hopkins.
