Patrick Riggins, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine and a passion for restoring patients to full health, whether through conservative care or surgery. A Florida native who fell in love with the Appalachian Highlands, Dr. Riggins has served the Kingsport community for more than 30 years. Known for listening closely and treating patients, not just test results, he combines hands-on expertise with compassion and faith. Dr. Riggins has long served as the team physician for Dobyns-Bennett and Gate City high schools and is deeply committed to supporting local athletes. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor sports, strength training, and time with family.
